    1 star is far too high of a rating. Moved into a brand new build in the summer of 2022. The owner was present on love in day for the final walk through/inspection. Pointed out lots of little deficiencies and made a list. The outside work still needed completed after move in and that work took months longer than what was agreed upon and the work was **** poor quality to say the least and was left unfinished, even when they requested to be paid through the lawyers per the purchase agreement. I would invite anyone thinking of using these builders to walk through our home before using them. The framing and construction of the house is poor quality and it will need repairs long before it ever should. The drywall on the ceilings are not level and slope down in the corners to meet the walls. We also have entire walls inside the house that are twisted from top to bottom. I have had to replace most of the hinge screws on every door in the house because they just pull right out of the door jam. Pictures do not do the poor quality of work justice. The owner/ president and the ** do not communicate at all which makes them a nightmare to deal with as well. They each have their own story when they show up and the story changes each time and they will not come together for any meetings. They showed and up somewhat started warranty work and then disappeared and never came back and wont reply to any kind of communication now. Every single appliance and mirror in the entire house was scratched before move in and promised to be fixed or repaired and never was and when asked about it at warranty time we were told it was not their problem and was probably scratched after the fact. It does not matter what the issue is, they have an excuse to why it happened or why it is not their problem or not covered.
