I was great work quality done on our house. He and his team mate installed eavestroughs and downspouts just recently. Steve answered my questions and concerns and provided excellent suggestions having in mind size of my house. There was no gimmick. High standard of the quality of workmanship was performed by Irish Steve's and quality material installed on my house for which I am thankful. The team cleaned up any residue material around the house to ensure safety of the household unit. They were professional and knowledgeable. Great job! Steve and *** did a full replacement of the eavestroughs on my home in July and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was dealing with major drainage issues so he offered to fit the job in earlier which I really appreciated. When he provided the estimate, he was very thorough in his explanations with what needed to be done and why. The installation was complete in one day, and I was so pleased with the work they did. I am in an established neighbourhood with plenty of trees so the addition of gutter guards has been invaluable. Highly professional and personable, outstanding attention to detail, and quality workmanship. Irish Steve is an excellent choice for anyone needing new or replacement eavestroughing. He inspected our home carefully and made design recommendations based on the unique features of our property. He gave us clear options and explained the differences. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and considerate of details. Noticing that we collect rain water for plants, for example, he installed a bi-valve feature on one trough to give us the option of collecting water when we want to. I was extremely pleased with the work carried out by Irish Steves. A detailed analysis of the existing eavestroughs was completed with an explanation of the presenting problems alone with suggested remediating plans of action. The Company conducted itself in a highly professional manner and it was obvious they were most knowledgeable re the materials to be used and the installation procedures to be employed. As a normal practice when looking at get my ***** replaced, I booked a 3 estimates based on some research done and what set Irish Steves Eavestroughing from the rest were 3 key differentiators:Knowledge when going over the project Steves vast knowledge was well on display highlighting areas that were missed & could have done better in the original install of my *****.Professionalism its not often where you meet 2 individuals such as **************************** sidekick *** who take so much pride in the work they do & trust me when I say when they were finished the project was done above and beyond expectation. **************** above all **************************** put customer service at the forefront. During the estimate as well as into the project, we discussed different aspects of the project to ensure that downspouts would drain more efficiently and more importantly the ones on the second story where downspouts were connected to the lower level ***** as means to extend the life of the roof. As an FYI Steve was the only one who identified this whereas the other did not.So long story short, you cannot go wrong with Steve and ********** these guysGreat job ***************************** it was pleasure meeting with you & as a result having a couple of new friends along the way.Irish Steve's Eavestroughing
