Promptly came out to look at my malfunctioning furnace. Then charged me $548 for a part that actually costs $77. Told me the part was so expensive because my furnace is old and the parts were hard to find. It took me 2 minutes to find and load it into my online cart at Parts Town. That seems very much like fraud to me.

As you learned during the conversation with *****, the part cost is only part of the equation. We only get our parts from the wholesale dealer directly to ensure quality control. The price also requires quickly getting the part to your home by a courier and the labour spent working on the repair. Professional from the time I booked appointment neat very clean . All round excellent service. Also had them check my humidifier which near a repair and checked hot water tank.Would always book Acclaimed .
