    Had a furnace and A/C unit installed in November 2022. Part of the contract included receiving 2- $250 gift cards for a total of $500. After multiple calls, finally received 1- $250 gift card. After many more calls and owner stating he sent it himself, still no second card and no call backs about the issue when I call to inquire. Noticed there is a similar complaint lodged on this site, wonder how many other times the company have done this and not been reported.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19415527, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, they sent me a card for $500, we were only still owed $250. So I will now have to go and return the original $250 gift card.

    We had the A/C installed on July 28/22 install went ok. We paid 6,909 total by visa upon completion. The electric inspection failed and they did come and fix it. The problem is that the sales person said that Legacy will send us a $250 Visa card as a thank You. To this date we have not received any card. We have talked to the office numerous times and get the same response. They say that the cards have been a problem and they will be sending them in the next few days. We have called 5 or six times. Every time we call it’s the same answers. No results
