I have been waiting for 10 months for a final grade certificate so that I can complete my landscaping. The final failed back in June and no action has been taken to repair. Cant get any straight answers back from several emails. Very frustrated with Cantiro!!!

Cantiro Homes apologizes for the frustration this situation has caused and we have been doing our utmost to resolve this issue. During the 2020-21 season, there were unforeseeable and industry-wide supply chain issues and labour shortages due to the global pandemic. These setbacks created a backlog of work for our contracted supplier that continues to be addressed in order of purchase. Landscaping is also seasonal and weather-dependent which has caused more complications in recent months. We have also reinforced with our trades the need for more timely communication of updates. While delays have been challenging, the homeowner was told on Aug 23 that the final grade would be completed Aug 24. The work was completed as scheduled and submitted for inspection and grade approval. Results will be provided to the homeowner as soon as we receive them. Thank you.
