    Disgraceful! I hired *** and Al to refinish my cabinets, paint my kitchen and change the hardware on the cabinets and drawers. Both Bes and Al come off as honest people. Once they get your money all that changes. For starters *** introduces AL as an employee who will come and do a color consult. She's more like an unprofessional cleaning lady and his fiance. His so called 7 or more employees never made an appearance what makes me seem to think there is no other staff. He mentioned bringing my project to his shop but did all the work in make garage which makes me question if he even has a shop. His father or another relative came 1 day to help with the project who was definitely not qualified. After completing the project the work area was left a mess. The handles were all crooked and loose. There was paint all over my subzero fridge and thermador stove and vent. There was paint all over the floor and very sloppy lines. ** was sent back to clean up and when I pointed out all the mistakes she agreed to have Bes come back and fix them. After numerous texts and pictures sent of the areas i was unhappy with Bes kept canceling on me. At my request to get him out of my life i asked that a small portion be refunded so that I could hire a more qualified person to fix his mistakes. He agreed to refund me a portion of the amount that was received. To no surprise I never received the money. I sent him numerous pictures of all the damages that were done and the mess that he left after ******* out of my house without finishing the job. To waste more of my time I will now have to take litigious action. I never leave negative reviews but I would hate for anyone to go though what my family and I are going through with his unprofessionalism and dishonesty.Report
