    I cant speak for other areas of service that this company provides but where I live their rural internet is just horrible. IF I had alternatives that didnt cost an arm and a leg I would definitely be opting into those services. They have connectivity issues constantly. I mean all year long, every week, every month and year after year. The response time for solving the issues is long, weeks in most cases if it gets dealt with ever. I pay 100$ a month for an internet service that sees usually 80% of that time with internet connection issues. I pay full price, I call the techs and they usually admit other people are having similar issues, but tend to blame my equipment, such as the modem and router. We recently went from the *** that was offered to the fiber optics in our area with them. Since upgrading to this fiber optics weve had connectivty interruptions every **** minutes lasting 10 seconds for up to minutes. I've never been offered a discount for this terrible service that they provide, instead only been offered a little off a monthly bill when the service is completely unsable and down for days at a time. I can honestly say if I had another option that I could afford I would not be with this provider. Would not suggest to anyone that they deal with the constant headaches this company offers complimentary with their so called ISP. Im actually incredibly shocked that after a year of their service I find myself being the first person to complain here.
