I had Expert Insulation do some insulation work for my elderly parents home. From the point of first contact to the completion of the work, we were very pleased with them. Their estimator was very courteous and took the time to answer our questions. Because of some unusual circumstances with my parents home, Expert Insulations owner phoned me to discuss the situation, discuss their proposed solution and offered to talk through each item on the estimate. We were a little unclear about how scheduling the work depended on a temperature threshold but after making a few attempts to seek clarification, we were satisfied with the answer. We were pleasantly surprised that they provided pictures of their work. Finally, Expert Insulation was very accommodating about how my parents wanted my assistance to speak to Expert Insulation about certain technical aspects of the work.
