      I do not recommend them, was their client for many years no claims and paid our expensive insurance on time. However the last few years they have been extremely slow getting any renewal information to us, nor would they answer any questions in a timely fashion about changes needing to be made on the policy despite multiple requests to the broker over a 4 month period. This year the renewal was a week late, and incorrect regarding the changes. I had tried to address with broker and with the manager and both seemed completely inept to answering simple questions about changes to the business aspect. They gave me a short window to review and shop around, but we were then cancelled with ZERO notice , ZERO reason despite telling them to renew after being asked multiple times about renewal in those few weeks, and not even a phone call to let us know we were now completely uninsured. Considering the size of the policy annually and no claims we found this appalling. However another company worked above and beyond and after hours to correct this fiasco. 45 years of insurance and we have never encountered this level of ineptitude. If asking questions and trying to get the correct the insurance coverages gets you cancelled then I suggest these companies don't give a **** and don't have to make any effort to make things right.
