    Asking for a claims experience letter, unable to provide. Keep getting the round about to the claims experience letter and told "It will be three days", when I last called today nothing was submitted to get this letter. I need this to get insurance in a new province, it really does not take much to provide this.

    Good afternoon ******,

    In reviewing your previous ****** ******* with Peace Hills I will respond as follows.

    March 22/23 our office received a request to cancel your policy effective Feb 6/23.  However, as you were involved in an accident on Feb 6/23 we returned the cancellation form to the broker advising the policy must be cancelled Feb 7/23, the day following the loss, otherwise you would not have had any insurance on the date of the accident.  The revised cancellation request was subsequently received by our office yesterday, duly e-signed and dated by yourself on March 30/23.   At this time the broker asked Peace Hills to also provide their office with a Claims Experience letter for you, which was provided today via email to your broker ** ** ****** of **********.  

    Our apologies for what you feel is a delay in providing you with the claims information.  It was requested yesterday.  Please contact your broker directly for a copy of the claims experience letter.
