    The business did not finish the job. *** is not answering my phone calls. He is not keeping his commitment to show up and finish the job. He has used the poor quality of wood to build fence. He told me a lie that he had applied for final grade inspection. I confirmed by calling 311, the agent confirmed that they have not got any request to inspect the final grade. Since the business is not responding and I have to get my final grade/landscaping deposit back from my house builder, I have to hire another contractor to get my final grade approved from the city. I have to pay the new guy for the job that I have already paid to *** (Even Coverage Irrigation and Landscape Design)

    Hi, We hired *** to complete the landscaping, building deck and Fence for our house. Unfortunately he still hasn't finished the job yet and very bad quality products he has used for the price he has charged for. Fence gate is not completed yet and finishing of landscape in pending and also final grade inspection and certificate it pending as well. We have paid him $8000 already for the job and only $600 is left which we will pay once he finishes the job. Moreover he isn't answering the call at all nor replying emails or messages. Also the quality of wood and material is so cheap and bad. My Neighbour is also frustrated as he is facing the same issue with him. We received the notice from city to complete our Final grade approval before Oct 3rd but we cannot get hold of him at all. Also he has caused damage to our property and i need compensation for it or he can get it repaired. Please address the issue. Thank You ******** *** *********
