    Told my wife her ring would be worth over six thousand dollors more then it was when appraised. Messed up on several other pcs and had us come back over 10 times in less then 5 months well he continued to try to pass off far less valuable pcs of jewelry to us for money we had already paid him for items that had already been selected but not received.

As we are not master appraisers, we rely on our industry knowledge to make informed assumptions on appraisals, which is standard industry practice. We strive to offer fair pricing to our customers, and if we make an error, we are committed to rectifying it, as demonstrated in this instance.All other jewelry pieces have been delivered and paid for in full, meeting the correct specifications. However, simple mistakes can occasionally occur, such as an item arriving in the wrong gold color (white or yellow gold).
