      Worst Jewelry Store I have ever bought from. I purchased a $1600 diamond ring that lost a main stone within 2.5 months. Paris Jewelers wont fix it because they say it is "worn". Ummmm - yeah its worn - Thats why we buy jewelry!!!!! If their product falls apart after 2.5 months it is either garbage or a manufacturers defect! Either way they should have fixed it!!!!!!!

      Paris Jewellers offers manufacturer's defect warranty on all of our pieces for one year after purchase unless deemed to be wear and tear by a reputable master *********.
      The ring has been deemed worn and the damages deemed wear and tear from our master ********* as the ring and gold holding the stone shows signs of wear.
      We have provided the best option to have your ring repaired which is as follows: Option 1: we can repair the ring for $309.00 this is for supplying, setting your diamond and polishing and rhodiuming your piece.
      Please let us know if you require photos of the condition the ring was received in and we would be more than happy to share them with you!

      I went to the Red Deer, Bowel Mall store to ask the employee there if they could check my engagement ring to see if the claws were secure. She told me that she saw one of the claws was loose and that she could send it to their store in ******** for their technician to tighten it. I also asked for a quote for a change of the head to a bezel for extra safety. She told me it would take 2 weeks, which seemed very long but I accepted.Two weeks later I called in and they give me a quote for the change of the head to a bezel - $1,800- which I declined, and I said I would come and pick up the ring. They told me the ring wasnt there and that i would have to wait yet another week. Three weeks later i go to the store and they pretended to be looking for the ring in the drawers, only to finally tell me the ring wasnt there! I told them I wanted to go pick up my ring myself from ******** and they told me it wasnt possible. By that time I was getting pretty upset and I asked them if they knew where my ring was, to which they replied that it wasnt in the shop but to an external contracted *********! Something, that if they had told me from the beginning, I would have never given the ring for the tightening of the claws!When I asked if they could give me the name of that *********, they refused. When I asked if they could guarantee that my ring exists and the diamond is the same, they once again said no!I sent an email to the main website of this business to complain and they replied that there had been a misunderstanding and they thought that the only thing I wanted was a quote for the bezel, even though the very receipt they gave me, explicitly stated Retipping Claws.*** ******** ** **** **** ** **** ********** *** *********. She tries to get more high end work for the company she works for, but completely disregards the clients wishes. Not sure if she gets % from this, but this sort of customer service is dishonest and unacceptable!Do NOT got there!

The reasonbeing is that our master ********* must inspect the piece and it's condition before we canassign a goldsmithspecialized in work that the piece needs to ensure the work is done up to standards.As noted on your receipt, we received your ring as anservice estimate.As part of our service estimateprocess, we need customer's approval and/or payment to have the repair to the piece completed.Having in mind that you requested to have the returned returned with no work done and no payment had been made for the claw work, we returned the ring with no work done.Our *********** team has offered to have the claw repair done for you free of charge and we look forward to hearing from you!Thank you!
