  They were quick with getting back to me with a quote and a design for my backyard, ******* was great with answering any questions that I had. Once the process was started I got updated along the way from start to finish. Overall great experience.

  We had a very positive experience with River Valley Grading. Initial communication was very clear and timely, and ******* was on top of all our needs including communicating timelines, next steps and inspections. They were also able to provide quick turnarounds in terms of scheduling. The install team was efficient, tidy and professional. Their quote was also $4-6K less than any other landscaper we spoke to, and the final project came in under budget. I do not have enough positive things to say about our experience and would definitely recommend River Valley Grading.

  They got back to me quickly when I requested a quote, and their pricing was great. When I decided to move ahead with their service they gave me updates on the status without me having to ask. Their work was done quickly and passed inspection without any issue. I would definitely recommend .

  They did an amazing job. It was really night and day difference between them and my neighbours who went with someone else. The weather was a bit of challenge so they started a week later than expected but they were done in a day. They had submitted the proper paperwork to the city and my final grade certificate was received pretty much 2 days after the work was done. They were are real pros, cleaning up after they were done. They had all the plans before starting the work so that everything was done properly. They were recommend by my realtor JP from eXp realty. Also when I was shopping for my rocks the staff at Quality Landscaping had also recommended them without them evening know I had already chose them. They really know what they are doing.

  Our rough grading got completed late in the season. We contacted River Valley Final Grading and they did not hesitate to take us in to do our final grading. They even got us on a priority. Seeing that their pricing is fair, we're getting them to do our landscaping too. Thank you very much **********************!

  We had river valley passed onto us to do our final grade at our new home. We had a larger lot and we were amazed at the service provided by the team. They worked with us to get things done in our time table, have a great crew that came out and got things done in a timely manner. We even ************ curbing done as well which looks amazing! We are more than happy with River Valley and highly recommend them as their pricing is the best you can get out there, constant communication which is what you want in a contractor, professionalism, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend

  We used River Valley final grading this this past couple of weeks and they are amazing. I was dealing with ******** and she was always so helpful with any of my questions or any changes that I wanted to make. She never lost her patience with me which Im sure others might have because I had lots of questions. I called around a few different places for estimates and River Valley has the best price out there. The final grade, survey and city approval was all done within 2 week and it was approved on the first try. I knew someone that used a different company that failed twice on their final grade before it was approved by the city. I would definitely recommend them not just because of their competitive prices but because they made the whole experience so stress free and easy for me.
