AWFUL! They promise high end, customer focused services, and deliver the total opposite. I trusted this company to provide me with the best landscaping experience, even though they were much more expensive than other quotes I had received. I fell for the showmanship of the owners sales pitch, the bespoke appearance of their exhibition stands, website and the fact I thought I would be getting a superior service. I actually got the most expensive mistake of my life.!! Firstly, the communication from the so called operations manager is abysmal. I had deliveries of equipment and supplies turn up at my house with no notice or representatives to direct where these items needed to go. As a result, my property got damaged due to the landscaping supplies being placed where they shouldnt. The wooden pergola they designed and installed is uneven and looked awful when it was finished. There were nails and screws left sticking out of it, the wood had cracked and split from where it was screwed together and multiple sharp pieces of wood, loose nails and screws were left on the ground for my dogs to hurt themselves on.The patio sank and started to pool water. At no point did TGO attempt to improve or elevate my customer experience. Instead I have been blamed for the damage and accused of insulting the manager and owner.By the time the project was near completion I requested that the remaining $500 of my $30k+ invoice was waived to pay for repairs on my property caused at the beginning of the project. At no point when TGO agreed to do this did they say this would void my warranty. After the first snow melted in my yard, about 7 months after the project finished, my patio had sunk again, to the extent that giant pools would accumulate every time it rained. Additionally the patio stones were also eroding away. TGO arranged for replacement stones but refused to level and install them. They voided my warranty because they waived the last $500 for me to fund the repairs.

We have no concerns about the work completed. Our concern is the approximately 15% overcharge from the original estimate and not disclosing full costs before hand. The fact that we disputed the amount and this business refuses to communicate with us to resolve it.
