    I hired this company to file my divorce. I paid a total of $2045. I have an order the judge granted to me everything was settled in court done, it should have been a simple copy paste. The paper work is long and a little confusing so I hired the divorce company thinking it would get done faster. The lady ******* who did my papers did not hear a thing I asked. She made things more complicated and drew up and entire new agreement causing a rift between my ex and I who I get along with for the most part. She almost sent us back to court. Her filings were rejected, ******* told me because I had two file numbers and needed to pay an extra 350 to have this fixed. Then I was told my file number was closed. I took it upon myself to head down to the court house and clerks to see what I could do they looked over her work and I was told I was ripped off, she was rejected because everything was done incorrectly my file wasn't duplicated or closed. They offered to help me complete the paper work. I went to the divorce company office to get my original documents and explain that things were done wrong and that my file wasn't closed or duplicated. She didn't remember me as a client and got defensive I said thank you for everything I will proceed and start over on my own may I have at least half my money back because everything was done wrong ? She said no. She's responded In a passive aggressive manor and and said I have another meeting I have to go. $2045 isn't small money with nothing done. She did everything wrong I was given nothing but 260 after a ****** review which is the filing fee at the court house. I feel robbed and this is unjust. Nothing was done to help I literally had my money taken I have an email of this woman's corrections done by the court clerks I emailed to her and her response is thank for your feedback. I asked for even 1600 of my money back and still got a no. Please help me.
