On April 05, 2024 I visited the Wine and Beyond store at the address: **** ******** ***** ********** ********* ******* *** ***  and attempted to purchase a beer in bottles. This particular type of a beer had two different shelf stickers with different prices on it (see the attached images). A stuff member at the till checked the price for the beer and informed me that this beer was discounted 50%, and that she will apply this discount to the lower price of $10.79 so it would be $5.39 per bottle. She tried to apply the discount, but it was a problem with the cash register, so could not do it. Then she called to a supervisor, he came to the register, looked at the images of these two stickers with different prices, and went back to the shelf to verify the price. Soon after that he called back to the cashier, and inform her that he will not apply the advertised discount to the lower price of $10.79, and in addition that he will not honour the lower price either. I left the store very frustrated with no purchase. It was very unpleasant experience, as I did not expect such treatment, particularly after I spent a significant amount of money at the tasting facility in the store on the same day. * ***** ******* **** **** ** * **** ** * ***** ************* *** ****** ******** ********* ***** ***** ** * ********* ** * ******** ********** *** ** ******** My desired resolution is: I am expecting the store to honour the lower price of $10.79 for the product and apply advertised 50% discount to the purchase of 12 bottles of this beer. I believe it would be the fair resolution. In case this particular beer is not available anymore, I am expecting the store to offer me any other fair and satisfying resolution to close the case. CA
