    For months now I have not been able to access my loan account. I cannot sign in on both the website and mobile app. The last time I was able to access my account there was an alert stating my account compromised based on a company hack. Since then I have tried to leave messages on the companies website using the chat function, sent a support email and no response. I am trying to get my loan balance paid off. Since I cannot access the info related to my account and there is no human support this why I am here. I am blind and their website and mobile app is not properly accessible to me. This is a frustrating experience and beleive that they have not considered that i cannot use the site, mobile app and thus made it impossible for me to access my info. If I can’t use the site and arrange to pay off this loan, I will be stop payment ing and this will be there problem. Their customer service is non existent. I have screenshots proving that this company has received my chat messages and has refused to respond. I have been trying to reach them for more than 2 weeks. So what i am looking for now, is a way to reach them otherwise, they will be paying the loan instead of me. If I can’t access my file, I don’t have a loan. I hope this makes sense.

    Since I have not been able to reach them to pay off my loan, I want an adjustment and refund to the last 2 months of billing. With no resolution by the end of the month, I will place a stop payment and should they try to report on my credit file, I will have all the proof that i have tried reaching them. Perhaps they could actually get a human to answer calls like they did in the past and stop using a chatbot that doesn’t resolve dimly squat. I do not have access to my account number or nothing related to my loans.

    We have reviewed our records and see that the customer spoke on the phone with our representative and was provided with information over the phone and additional information was also sent by email as requested by the customer. It is important to note that the reference to "being hacked" is absolutely baseless, Mogo has never been "hacked" and this unsubstantiated claim needs to be redacted as it could be harmful to Mogo. We will reach out to the customer again by phone to ensure all concerns have been addressed.
