    On Sunday Dec. 3, 2023 call Niri Locksmith & Security Cl after 6pm. The technician comes by 7pm, takes apart old lock and tells us it is old, broken and useless. Tells us we need complete new lock, and cost $1685. Then tells us he can use part of old lock, price will then be $1285. But finally he decides to install the complete new lock. After he Installing it but takes effort to lock the door. On Monday Dec. 4, we have trouble locking the door, must bang the door to shut the lock off. On Tuesday Dec. 5, door can not lock, even with hard banging. On Wednesday Dec. 6, same technician comes, makes minor adjustment to lock the door. It manages to lock a little easier. On Thursday Dec. 7 and Friday Dec. 8, again trouble locking the door without excessive banging. We call the company and the technician, the technician says it is trouble with the door alignment, not the problem with the lock. But we never had that trouble with the old lock. He says that if he has to come back, he will have to charge us more. We look at the lock, notice there is a screw missing and though it fits, the lock is not the same size as the last one. Calls the company back, they say they will send a technician to look at it, but no one shows up. On Saturday Dec. 9, call the company again, once again they say they will send a technician. But no technician and no call back to us. On Monday Dec. 11, try to call company again, only to find that our number is blocked by them. Try to call from a different number when they realize it is from us, we are cut off and the number blocked. Although they have an address show on the Google map, they do in fact have no physical office that we can find in the city, and with just a number to a call center we have no way in which to contact them and rectify this situation which leave us no resource but to contact the ******  We left the 1 star review on the google map, however they deleted our review. Until now on Feb. 15, the problem still not be solved.
