    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM (LIARS) buy from Amazon or on **************** site, (****) The manager/owner lied to us. We went to look at ************** suitcases on Friday November 17th at Luggage Unlimited at West ******** mall, **** told us that ************** was never ever on promotion like ****************** brand. Therefore we decided to buy close to 4000$ of suitcases from them. We woke up the next morning Saturday November 18th to find out that if we had waited 1 day we would have saved close to 800$ if we would have bought it from Amazon. On top of this ************** has a 30% off promo today (November 22nd)on line. We have tried to talk to the manager **** a few times and he basically told us that we should have done our home work. WOW We also confirmed with ************** that the suitcases on Amazon were the exact same models as the one they sold us.We didn't even ask him for a credit we simply ask for a reduction on two other bags my wife was looking at. He simply refused to do any accommodation at all. Do yourself a favor and do your home work LOL but don't buy from them.
