    We've had our Novosbed mattress for nine months now, and are very happy with the product and the service we have received from the company. They supplied a nice zip-in topper at no extra charge when we requested some softening adjustment. Could use a bit more softening, but we need to contact the company about that. No complaints at this point!

    We purchased two mattresses for our king size split adjustable bed (2 x XL). The mattresses were quick to arrive and simple to expand and install. However, we found them to be quiet warm. This was at our seasonal home and even though we had exceeded their 100 day sleep guarantee, they still allowed us to choose two new mattresses of a different design and donated our initial mattresses to charity. We were fully refunded for our initial purchase and there was no shipping or pick-up fees. Unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Thank you.

    Satisfaction: 5 stars. Everything (ordering & receiving mattress) went smoothly. The product itself is of excellent quality. I recommend also purchasing the waterproof mattress cover as an extra layer of waterproofing against everyday use. We bought a king, because my husband is 6'1" and 230 lbs. The mattress supports him very comfortably and does not leave "sag". I am also able to lift & rotate the mattress by myself (I'm 5'4"), which I do approx every 6 months. We sleep better on this mattress than on traditional spring ones. Bonus is its ******** made. All in all VERY satisfied.
