    I ordered a mattress online on August ****. Their website says mattresses ship within *** business days. I had an estimated delivery of Sept * and ** for all items I purchased. On September * I contacted the business to inquire about delivery because the tracking still showed pending/preparing. They said it was missed on the previous Friday ( September *) for pickup. They said they would contact and their manufacturing and logistics teams And get back to me. The next day, when I did not hear anything, I reached out to them, and they still had not heard back from the manufacturing team. I asked to escalate To a manager, and I explained to them that my son did not have a mattress and was sleeping on the floor. They would get to me the next day. When they did not get back to me the next day, I reached out to them again a very similar response. On Thursday I reached out To them for an update. Eventually, they left a message on my sons phone number where it is being delivered, explaining that the mattress still have not been picked up from *****. On Friday, they still were not able to provide me with a concrete answer and they keep claiming ****** I want to concrete delivery date from them and I want it expedited shipping At the very least.

    Good Afternoon,

     

    I never received any response from the company and did not get adequate answers regarding an ETA.  I eventually requested to cancel the order and receive a refund which was accepted by the company.  I had no issues receiving the refund.
