    False advertising on the booking site. I was surprised to get a booking today at the DynaLife lab in Northill Mall. The booking site clearly states next appointment Aug 16, as I showed the lab staff there. When I gave my booking confirmation to prove it, it stated Sept 6. We confirmed together that the booking site states Aug 16 is the next booking. Lies.

    I had to get tests done cause I had symptoms my dr was concerned about & I could not wait the 5 weeks for an appointment. I am a very patient person. I was told at ************* ******* it would be a 2 hr wait & I thought that was fine because it was my fault I didnt have an appointment. However, I was told I had to wait in my car cause the chairs were needed for appointments. I said I had fasted for the *********** said sorry, wait in my car. At the 2 hr ***** I was very tearful. I had not gotten a text to come inside. Someone beside me who got there 5 min before me had been texted and they were now gone having had their tests. I was worried about going back in to enquire for fear that it would come across that I was complaining. I was not feeling well because of the fasting & getting dehydrated so I went in apologizing for bothering them & asking if I was still on the text list. A different staff member who was kind to me could see that I was tearful & took pity on me & allowed me to stay in the wait room with the others. So after almost 3 hours, I had my tests. I never ever got a text. I feel it was dangerous to banish some one to their hot ******* felt I was not treated with dignity, even though I was as kind as I possibly could be. I am going to have to get more tests done in the future but will definitely skip ************* for this policy of forcing people to wait in their hot car alone. I am sure the staff are doing the best they can but the experience at Dynalife ************* was horrible and I am very shaken by it. If I had not gone back in at the 2 hr ***** I probably never would have been texted. I feel bad for the staff who work very hard and I feel bad for the patients.
