      Date of transaction: January 22, 2024 Amount paid: ***** C$Order: 7 patches Dispute: I placed an order of seven items with the seller (Inner City Merchandising) on the 22nd January 2024. I paid in full. I received some but not all (5 of 7) of the purchased items in two shipments. The seller told me that he is out of stock for two of the items and he is not able to restock them. The seller refused the give me back the money for the two items (in total 13 C$) and has since stopped responding to my mails.The business initially offered to resolve the problem by sending me different items of my choosing from the store for the same amount of money. I declined because I bought and paid specific items.I want the billing adjusted and a partial refund.

      I have had multiple conversations with the buyer. It was left off that he would  look through our website  and nake alternate  selections  since the patches he ordered were no longer available from the manufacturer. The dispute amount is $45 on here. We *** the customer $12. For 2 patches.

      We have shipped to the customer overseas twice. We have already lost money on this customer, and now 9 days before Christmas he writes you with an inaccurate dispute amount? Like seriously,  too much headache.

      We will happily refund him for the 2 patches he did not receive.
