    This company promise a lot but doesnt do what they promise and they charge you more at the end. Im May 25, 2023 I moved using this company as the salesman **** is really good at his job. I thought it sounded really good so I didnt need to look anymore. I moved only 8 blocks from old address. I was told $600.00 which I thought was reasonable. Included 3 men as I thought this will help with the time at $199.00 an hour. I bought also a packing package of 1 bedroom for $150.00 I labeled all the boxes where they supposed to put them in the new apartment like bedroom, dining room, kitchen etc. I was asked to pay before they were done which I thought was odd. When I saw the invoice I said sorry thats not what I was quoted. The movers called ****** and he said that the travel time was added. I complained so much he said he will give me a discount of $50.00. I wasnt happy but I felt I was taken advantage as a senior but I had to pay and I did. All of a sudden the movers were gone leaving all boxes in the dinning room pile up almost to the ceiling. I had to call ****** again he said he will send me a form to complain and I might get some money back. That didnt help do I said sorry you can keep the form as you must send the movers back and they must do the work I was promised. I said will do a review and tell people that not only they dont do the work but they rip people off. I told him also will call my son who has hired them for the next day May 26. My son felt he didnt have time to look for a new moving company. They tried to do the same overcharge him. He refused to pay and he was transfer to someone in ******* and they figure things out my son paid what he had agreed to. Please be AWARE dont be fool. Bad bad company. Save yourself a headache. Bi the way nobody has acknowledged my review. I usually get a response whether the review is good or bad for their business. I didnt which show their true colours. I hope BBB becomes aware of this company.
