  Hired them for a move from ***** to ************. Loaded stuff up and their truck was full. One guy asks, "What kind of vehicle do you have, cause you have to move the rest." NO!!!! I hired you to move me and do your job. But they were in too big of hurry to go with their co-worker to his place. Furniture and 30+ boxes left behind so I have to hire more movers to do the **** these guys were supposed to. Damaged fresh painted walls, boxes clearly marked in wrong places. Mt move has been a nightmare because of how these people were. Would never recommend

  This review comes as a complete surprise. We have debriefed the moving crew and reviewed the customer file. This was all done the next day after seeing this review, but we were delayed in composing this response.***** had a completely fully packed 26 foot truck and still had some items. He was offered assistance by the moving crew to help load his vehicle, instead of incurring considerable extra cost of returned to his first location for a second trip. He was free to opt for a second trip, but it would have been costly for the limited amount of belongings he had.***** reported that he was more than satisfied with his move and tipped the moving crew a total of $250! He also left a 5 star review. He removed his review a couple of days later and then we later received this BBB review.We are saddened in any instance where we have a less than fully satisfied customer and would have liked to have the opportunity to hear directly from ***** and learn from any shortcomings if there were any. I must say we were bewildered by this review after the $250 tip that was received!

  When a mover is standing over top of me saying, "You're going to give us a 5 star review, right?" And watches as you do it....It's a little intimidating. Nobody offered to load my vehicle. In fact the guy everyone called "chief" asked me what kind of vehicle I had and said I'd have to take the rest with my vehicle. No offer of help or anything. And that $250 "tip" was the supposed deposit I'd paid. Try scamming someone else. My bed frame braces were broken off....But nobody said anything. Convenient. My walls were dinged. Nobody said anything. Convenient. My one star review stands.

  Absolute nightmare. Worst moving / storage experience ever. May 29/22. A simple 1 bed-apt move out of an elevator building to truck ramp. Took 1.5 hours timed. A 1 hour driving charge. A 1 month storage fee. A 1 hour min transfer time into bin. For 2.5 hours of labour at 180.00/hr with 3 men; 75 in fuel; a 200.00 bin fee for the month; should have come to $815..plus tax.I was not given a receipt. I was sent a bill to my email stating pay us $1150.00.There was no break down of any printable bill given to me. Nothing! I had signed an electronic screen at the end of the day. It took two weeks for them to agree to renegotiate the amount and settled with a $900 payment.The following June 29 move was much worse. While two young workers were great, the lead hand had such a terribly rude attitude - ranting - even shouting in the hallways- about that previous bill I had to ask him to leave which he wouldn't to the point i threatened to call the police. It was a hard move that day but no customer deserves to be disrespected like that and it continued with the shenanigans. The last hour of the move with 3/4 of my furniture moved in they call me and tell me that nothing is coming off of the truck until transfer the full amount they demanded from me ( five hours of labour at 183/hr plus travel for a 1 bed apt) or they were closing up the truck and leaving with my stuff. I was flabbergasted. Shocked at such terrible service and treatment of a customer who kept his end of the bargain. I paid via e-transfer in order for my move to complete with NO receipt offered yet again. NOTHING. No breakdown of the move itself showing hours/taxes. Just a payment demand email from their office. Worst company in Alberta. I was never felt so disrespected in my life. Then again when you have a driver hollering about a paid month old bill in front of your new neighbours I shouldn't be surprised.Don't believe a word of the google reviews. None are older than a year. Likely deleted.
