Loosing my couch legs to my sectional 5 legs this belongs to my lounger part of my sectional. I've tried resolving the issue peacefully to no prevail. I have informed him that I will be emailing him for reimbursement of the cost of getting my legs back. This is a couch that has been discontinued as well. He mentioned over call that I would have to pay him $150 for him to come look for my couch legs for his employees negligence. He has been very standoffish towards the situation and has acted very unprofessional. Please ignore the messages that retain other information not needed for this case and just focus on his general responses towards me. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the sectional leg cost.

Hello there, in response to this complaint.

Attached is the satisfactory signed contract from ***** *******.

Also the screenshot message she sent proves her couch legs are with her.

She asked us to keep it in her main floor.

Also our contractor was AISH she never contacted us to move her.

I don't think we have a case with this woman.

With 9yrs in active business we've seen people tried many things to extort money from us.

Again she was satisfied with our service, signed it and our business with her is closed.

    Thank you
