    I brought my car in to get the tires changed, and front struts and back shocks. After I picked it up the car the tire fell off while I was driving causing damage to the car body. The tire flew across the road almost injuring other people. Body was fixed and I was told everything was fine with the car. It took 3 weeks to get my car back again. No rental car was supplied. When I got the car back ,the back shocks were now making noise a loud noticeable sound. I brought the car back again. Nothing was fixed. It feels like the shocks are not attached properly. The car feels unsafe to drive. I spent close to $4000.00 to get my shocks and struts done. I need my car repaired.

    This vehicle is in the shop right now and we replaced the shocks for her yesterday.  Still waiting for the customer to pick up her vehicle as all repairs have been completed
