    My niece and I came here for the first time for a pedicure since they had advertised grand opening 30% off. Waited an hour after our appointment time, then the person who did my pedicure wasnt at all qualified (he admitted after) and cut my heels up so badly with a cheese grater type of tool, that they were bleeding. He didnt ask if he could use the tool on me. He sprayed alcohol from an unlabelled pink spray bottle on the wounds (which hurt so bad) and put bandaids on my heels. They didnt have a proper first aid kit. (3 days later and Im still dealing with bleeding and pain and fighting infection). I refused to put my feet back in the dirty water with open wounds so the chemical they put on my heels to soften them was all over my skin and giving me chemical *****. I had to ask for a damp towel to take it off my legs and feet myself. The clean towels were filled with hair. The place is also a hair salon so theres hair all over everything including where the nails are getting done. There were piles of wet dirty towels behind the pedicure chairs and elsewhere around the shop. The heat wasnt working and there were multiple space heaters and cords lying around. I left limping in dirty flip flops in -20C because he put so many thick layers of (regular) nail polish on that my nails wouldnt dry.
