    DO Not do business with ************* ********...I was dealing on a new vehicle purchase. Drove to ******** to pick up truck, and sign papers. Insurance was already transferred over.The sales manager ****** was withholding $2500 off the deal in exchange for a 5 Star review survey from ***** He Said once they get back the Survey and it had to be 5 star, and completed, he would mail me a check back.This is a form of ******** *** ********** ** **** *********. Finding out later that ************* ********, and salesman receives perks, and financial kickbacks maintaining a rating on sales, and maintaining a level for financial reward.The salesman *******, and sales Manager are rude, and feel entitled. They lost a 100k deal over a survey. If they were to just do there job, then they wouldn't have to ********* the customers.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for any negative experience you had with our store. As General Manager, I take reviews seriously and use them to improve our services and enhance customer satisfaction.After investigating, we found a misrepresentation regarding your trade's condition, which resulted in a $2500 difference (at minimum) in value. Despite us honoring your trade value, we were unable to reach an agreement and mutually decided to walk away from the deal. I want to be clear that we do not condone any form of bribery for surveys or reviews.We value your feedback and understand how important reviews are to our customers. We are a family-owned business committed to customer satisfaction, and we will use this experience to improve communication between our customers and sales staff. I have personally reached out to you via email to discuss this matter further.
