If i could give 0 stars I would. I was looking for a new car and was speaking with this dealership. They got me a deal together but were very back and forth on what was in the deal and what wasn't in the deal. When I explained what kind of car I was looking for (lower gas consumption) I was informed that "I needed to work with them" and they got aggressive and pushy. I put a $100 deposit on the vehicle they wanted me to buy, even though I wasn't 100% sure because I knew I would be able to do some more research and decide. I was out of the country for the weekend and when I came back, I messaged them to ensure everything was good and ready to go. They once again became wishy washy on what was included in the deal. At that time, I was upset with their behavior and how they were acting and so I looked for another car that was similar and lower KM because that was my biggest concern with their vehicle. I found a different dealership, was up front with them on what I was doing and wanting and asked them not to be pushy, aggressive or like "car sales guys" attitude. I was able to get a better deal, more money for my trade in, lower payments and better extras. When I Texted back (within 24 hrs of them confirming their deal) and explained that I appreciated their help and deal but got a car that I liked better and lower km, he stated "THATS OK BECAUSE WE ACTUALLY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT THE REBATES".... the car I had put a deposit on...wow never experiences such a rude response or such awful customer service. Please don't buy from here, they will lie to you and try to make you feel like they are doing all this good for you when really, they are out for themselves. There is no need to be rude or aggressive and yet they were.

I've purchased two vehicles through Millwoods Suzuki, one at their old location, and one at this new location. Both vehicles have been good quality, and I've received great service since then. The next time I'm car shopping, I'll be back!
