    Been a **** customer of 12 + years , by far the worst experience ive ever had at any dealership.. tried to purchase a truck and before it was ready for pickup they scratched the bumper and had to repair it.. delay after delay of when the truck would be ready started to make me feel as of their was more than just a scratch and something felt shady. I decided to cancel the deal as it was now a damaged truck that i had never even sat in. They canceled the truck but wouldnt refund my 5000$ ! Downpayment. Saying i had to pay for accesories installed on the truck... which migjt have been reasonable if they hadnt damaged it before complletion of the deal..long story ***** **** was a 5000$ ****** not to deal woth waterloo ****

    We put a deposit and drivers license on file on a used vehicle they just received in. We were buying it subject to the inspection and detailing they said they still had to do over the weekend. Once it was done our salesman said we could pick it up in the morning. To our surprise and his, another salesman said he made a "judgement" call and sold it to someone else that SAME morning, without checking with anyone, all before we arrived at 10am. No consequences. This dealership is slimy and sleazy, highly do not recommend. Their solution is to just keep offering us to buy a new vehicle now with a $20,000 higher price tag.

    Waterloo **** new car sales department used deceitful practices on me by putting a cheaper aftermarket roof rack and hitch on my brand-new **** Bronco. Please do not expect that if Waterloo **** is agreeing to add options available as genuine **** parts to have you accept their pricing that they will not put cheaper non-**** parts on your new vehicle. I have talked to them many times on this matter, including the sales manager, and they do not seem to see this as a bad or deceitful business practice. I will be taking this matter to the small claims court, but I strongly advise that from my perspective Waterloo **** does not operate from a place of honesty and trust. I was very disappointed buying from Waterloo **** and I do not recommend them for a new vehicle purchase.
