Had 2021 *** with blown engine and only ****** KM. Both Southview Acura and West side Acura were absolutely horrible. They went out of their way to make things more difficult for us. We wanted to trade *** on another car rather than spending $15,000 to have her fixed. Southview offered me $10,000 for trade and West side would give me ****** for trade. The used engine to replace blown engine cost $5500 and they were going to charge us $9,000 for the exact same engine. They basically gauge customers off with inflating the amount they charge you. The most unprofessional dealership Ive ever dealt with. Rude,sarcastic staff at both Acura branches. Charged me $187 for oil filter when the same filter at **** was $11. Had to have *** towed from West side to ********* as that was the dealership who had the car we wanted to buy. Car was towed back to ********* without the license plate. In order to cancel the plate number and get a new plate, I had to file a report with the police. They had no reason to remove license plate in the first place. I swear they did stupid c*** like this just to make getting a new car more difficult. Both Acura branches basically hate each other. Both would bad mouth each other straight out to the customer. I traded the *** on a 2022 ********** Eclipse Cross and finally this nightmare thats been ongoing since April has come to an end. My ********** is in my garage. I do not recommend anyone to buy an Acura vehicle. Buyer beware!!!!!

    I purchased a brand new2014n Acura RDX Tech Loaded SUV with dealer installed trailer hitch, roof racks, all new car mats, and a lifetime oil change package. I have been getting my lifetime oil changes at West Side Acura regularly since purchase at no charge when the service light goes on. WSAcura always did the work and honored my lifetime oil changes package. The service counter originally said they will register the lifetime oil changes on my customer file and will honor it each time for oil changes, so far 9 months. I arrived promptly at 10:35 AM for my "on line booked oil change appointment at 10:45. I receive a confirmation text from Acura that my service was booked for 10:45 AM February 23, 2024. Service said that I am no longer allowed to have my oil changes at Acura because I told him I had a tire service done at Canadian Tire. I told him that I had purchased lifetime oil changes for ****** when I bought the car as part of the total sale. He refused to honor the agreement and said they will not because I had something done to my car by another garage. He was very rude and abrupt and demanding. I still need the oil changes that I paid for. They said they changed policy but I paid for the oil changes whether they change policy or not. They want to revise my purchase agreement after 9 years. At that time WS Acura sold the oil change agreement, told me that it is on record in their computer for lifetime oil changes without any further proof of purchase. I have most all records of the regular oil change work orders that were performed at "no charge" to honor the agreement. I have lost trust. The company still will not honor the lifetime oil changes that I paid ****** for unless I sign a new sales agreement Very crooked and unfair. Will not give me a refund. Even management will not honor the purchase agreement. I am stuck without an oil change and service light lit up on the dashboard. Bad business.Regards,************
