I chose this company may 202*because of reassurance the owner gave about their work and warrenty. The job was to fill wood grain and paint my kitchen cabinets. The owner was aware that I had trim added to bottoms of cabinets, no problem. The contractors he sent "***** and ****" complained about how big job was... not a big deal. I needed the trim crack filled where trim was put on bottom cabnets They told me that warrenty does not cover Crack fill. I did agree to that. In october 202* ALL my cabnet doors started cracking all around. I called ***** the owner and he asked if they could come in spring and fix them and i agreed. He then called ***** and told me that they don't cover ***** fill in the warrenty.. I told ************'m not calling about the trim that was done on bottom cabnets and I knew it wasn't covered by ******** as per ***** and ****. ***** told me they don't use Crack filler on doors. I told ***** I have no idea what they did because my doors were taken and done in ***** and ***** garage. ***** then phones me and says that i agreed that ***** filler wasn't covered by ********, I said yes but I'm not calling about the trim, it's all my doors and nobody spends the money i did and agrees to write off all my warrenty. So ***** con me with whatever he used to do my doors and said I agreed to it. I never would agreed to all my warrenty not valid and I have no idea what they used on my doors. So now the owner won't even answer my calls or acknowledge me in any way.I cried when I found out my my doors cant be fixed and now and they have to be replaced $********. My kitchen is wrecked and I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Please help me some how. I feel conned by ***** and **** and ***** isn't doing anything but ignoring the situation. Thankyou

In response to this complaint, the customer was told that we do not recommend caulking the cabinets as they are likely to crack down the road.  The customer sent photos of where the cabinets were cracking and it is the area where caulking was wanted, even after being advised against it.  The customer mentioned that they would not sign off on warranty being voided by having this done, when is actuality, have a signed document where it states "Customer request caulking on mdf and cabinets.  Caulking voids warranty.  All work will be completed to the best of our ability".  ("caulking voids warranty" could not be more clear)

The customer signed this document in *** areas approving the go ahead.  Not sure where the misunderstanding is, in that the customer read and signed the paper themself.

We are a reputable company with a long standing record of excellent workmanship.  The fact that we cautioned the customer as to the risk of ******** speaks to that.  We were responsible and protecting ourselves (as any smart business would) in having this documented and signed before proceeding with the work.  We cannot be responsible for what a customer decides to go ahead with against our better judgment.
