      Would like to give a Big Shout-Out to **** from Major Pest control. I have been managing this apartment building now for almost a year and **** has been servicing our building since before my arrival. I must say **** is very professional and good at what he does. Because of **** and Major Pest Control we do not have a problem with Rodents, and continue to have nothing but great service from them. I would highly recommend their services for any type of pest control.*****

      Great service.**** from Major Pest was highly professional and helpful. Because my wife is allergic to wasps, **** went the extra mile to explain the process to us and scheduling a timely follow up. He also ensured that we took the appropriate steps to protect our pets. Also, Major Pest arranged for **** to come within two hours on a Saturday afternoon. We highly recommend Major Pest - they provide professional and timely service. I only gave 5 stars because there is not more.

      Great service! We had a really positive experience with Major Pest Control! After spotting a mouse and some droppings, they were able to come right away for the initial appointment and help us identify where they were getting in from. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and on time. ***** was exceptional at what he does, very informative and experienced! I highly recommend Major Pest Control.

      If I could rate them zero stars I would. Their "guarantee" is a bold face lie. On their website, the guarantee states "Major Pest Control has the best guarantee in the business! If you hire us and at the end of 30 days you arent 100% HAPPY, well come back and retreat your home for FREE. And well keep treating it for free until you tell us youre happy. If that still doesnt make you happy, well give you back every ***** you spent for your original treatment PLUS well give you $25 for your time and trouble! Try finding another company that will put that in writing!" We had them come to take care of a mouse problem at our rental home. They put down traps, told us they sealed any areas of entry around the house and they would come back 3 times to refill traps if needed. Great. We purchased a new dishwasher as mice had eaten the wires of the old one. Our tenants told us mice were still getting in, we had them come back again and again. The new dishwasher we purchased less than a year ago was eaten alive. We sent our own contractor to look around the house and he found a point of entry that wasn't sealed by the tech at any of the visits. I told ********* at Major and he sent a tech to meet our contractor to seal it but the new dishwasher was already toast. They would not assist with the cost of a new dishwasher nor would they honour their so called guarantee and refund us the cost of the original service ($500+). We were not happy at all with their service and they failed to make good on their own advertised promise. Horrible service, complete lies, don't believe their guarantee because it's a joke. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
