    **** ******* ** **** * ***** Last year I contact to the company since my house have some noise inside the wall, the lady ask for time and my address, I give to her since I believe this would be inspection before they could do the job. However when I were told about the service and the price, it's over 600 and they can only help if the noise from my wall caused by the rat, otherwise the noise may continue. I feel this is not something I need, so I told to the lady on the phone I need to contact and shop around other company, because this may not service that I need, also the quote is little costly to compare with other company. And I go head with other company Mr **** ******.

    And 4 months later I receive their bill that I never be aware. I contact the company again and ask why, they said they send out people and I supposed to back to cancel the service. Excuse me I did not set it up. That reason why I did not give you guys my credit card number when you asked on the phone call. I inquire the company why you come and I never know, they said because the service is exterior so I may not be notice and aware.

    In stead of solve the issues, the only thing they did is ask me to pay for service. And immediately send to Collection. I already talk to my lawyer since this damage my credit score and make me lose mortgage approval for my house.

    I never heard this kind of service before. I hope nobody should experience the same issue to me.
