      I was a loyal customer for years. Now, you can't trust the stock even if you've placed the order and gotten confirmation. You may get a random email days later saying oh sorry we don't have that so we shipped only what we had in stock. Worse after this happened two orders in a row, I contact them before placing the order to confirm they have the stock, they say yes. So I order and again 2 days later I get a sorry we don't have it. Customer service used to be good in the past but the person who now handles it is infuriating and clearly patronizing. I used to order all *************** from them. Learnt my ****** after several failed orders in a row. I won't return. They don't care about their customers.
