  The service techs are amazing. Answer questions, provide suggestions, and do great work.However we have had nothing but problems on the office/financing side. When we were first looking into it, the plan was for it to be under one person's name. They installed the ** before having financing set up. Financing did not go through with that one person and had to be under someone else, but at that time it had already been installed. After a lot of back and forth we finally got the financing sorted out. We were given a year of free ************ maintenance. After that year, we were never contacted about starting the payments. Until we received an invoice for a year and a half worth of maintenance package payments. After a lot of back and forth again, they realized that a year should have been free and they did not contact us to arrange payments for it. They ended up waiving that invoice and starred fresh. We were told the payments could come out of our bank account, and provided them with all the information. Since then, payments have either not come out or come out super late multiple times. And it's always me having to contact them to ensure they get the payments taken out. This year (currently August 27, 2024), the payment has only come out at the right time twice. Everytime I contact them about payment issues, I'm eventually assured it's been taken care of. Then it'll be OK (but payments coming out up to 2 weeks late) for a few months then issues all over again.Additionally, they did not get an electrical permit before installing the ** unit. It was installed July 2021, we did not find out no permit had been pulled until December 2021 when we contacted the city to find out if an inspection had ever happened. We finally got the electrical permit on December 2021, and the city completed the inspection January 2022.I will never suggest this company to people because of the nightmare we've experienced from the very beginning.

  Not as good as before. Had to get gas company in to the fix leaking gas valve as the service guy did not test and tried to sell a new hot water gas appliance. Bought the service contract. No service, no showup. Breathing gas more than necessary.

  ***** was just here to install my new water heater. He came in the time expected with his apprentice. He explained what was needed. Finished in a reasonable time, leaving no mess. Helped take care of a sink issue, and double checked that I was satisfied. Both He and his apprentice were very helpful and friendly.. took special care of the dog too. Very happy with the service!

  I had purchased central air conditioning for my home ever since it was installed I have had nothing but problems the outside unit was too close to the gas metre and had to be moved in the dead of winter and Im sure that she has compromised the lines coming out of the house and I have to have it recharged every year spent thousands of dollars so far on it and it hasnt worked properlyEver since never had a cool year in the house yet it was hotter than what it is outside

  Requested a service call and they were able to send a very competent guy fairly quickly. He was vey knowledgeable and gave some helpful hints on maintenance and other plumbing issues.

  Excellent service, fast and thorough with the amount of repairs required and the invoice came in less than I thought. I won't be calling anyone else in the future and we are already repeat customers.

  Atmospheric ***************** 40G residential.Inexperienced, rushed tech showed up, diagnosed, and installed 2 mixing tubes in my hot water tank (yes you read that right, 2!).Obviously only needed one, so another tech had to return the next day and remove the second so I could actually get hot water (I diagnosed the problem before their tech did).Refunded me the tube @ $365!!! (Yes again you read that right, they charged me $365 for a $40 aftermarket part, that's a 9x markup!)Asked to be contacted back via email and never got a response.Absolute mind-boggling price gouging, will never ever use again. This was all done during typical work hours as well so no call-out fee's or anything, and I'm the one losing hours at work.Google the average cost of professionally changed dip tube, its $150 tops.Ultimately I was charged $13 shop supplies, $360 to drain my tank, $415 to cut out a mixing valve and install 2' of copper (they said 10' minimum)and $365 for a plastic mixing tube. Just insanity!STAY AWAY
