    Note this review was originally posted on ****** reviews (Nov, 2023)...They texted and called to confirm the appointment and even texted a picture of the technician who was making the visit. The technician that came out to inspect and evaluate the drainage issue was professional and courteous. He was patient and addressed my questions and concerns about the drainage issue. The diagnosis fee was reasonable as compared to others.Follow up...from about 1.5 months ago, I called them to proceed with the basement drainage repair. Given my circumstance at the time, they were able to schedule me in quickly and in short notice. They showed up on time and completed the work in a day as luckily no other unforeseen issues were found (2 days was estimated in a worst case scenario). The work was done by ***** and ****** in a professional manner and workmanship. Throughout points in the work, they updated and showed me various aspects of the repair. They took care to protect the areas around the work area and cleaned up very well. So far, no issues with the repair. I recommend them and will call on them on another job soon.

    I recently had a regrettable experience with a business that left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. This establishment falls far short in every aspect of proper management and customer service. From its unstructured and disorganized operations to the lack of communication and approachability, it's evident that this business is in dire need of significant improvements.First and foremost, the lack of structure within the company is apparent from the moment you step foot into their premises. There is a disarray of paperwork, misplaced files, and a general sense of chaos. It becomes clear that there is no system in place to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This disorder leads to unnecessary delays and mistakes, which only further hamper the client experience.Adding insult to injury, the business suffers from a complete breakdown in communication. Whether it is amongst the staff or with the clients, information is consistently mishandled or simply not relayed at all. To compound matters, this business has the dubious distinction of having three owners. Unfortunately, the presence of multiple owners only serves to exacerbate the existing problems.Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of dealing with this business is the outright poor client service. There is a complete disregard for the needs and concerns of customers. Instead of providing the expected assistance and support, Another glaring issue is the lack of approachability when attempting to address concerns. Whether it is to discuss a client dissatisfaction or seek clarification on a particular matter, the management is remarkably unresponsive and uncooperative. Lastly, the managements attitude towards their own staff is disheartening. There is a lack of support, guidance, and encouragement provided to the employees. Instead, an oppressive and unsupportive work environment prevails, resulting in an apathetic and demotivated workforce.
