    ******* ******* In November of 2021 I had a new fan coil and condenser unit installed in my son’s apartment for $6263.25 which was paid in full. In May the technician came out to pressurize the lines. At that time it was stated everything was working. When attempted to use some water was dripping from the unit mounted in the ceiling. Jetco sent out a technician twice but he was unable to fix it. We are now told the new fan coil which is on warranty is held up by the manufacturer. After over 2 months the air conditioner has not worked for one minute. I have phoned and emailed this company many times and they assure me they’re trying to get the fan coil. To resolve this issue I would like the air conditioner working or have my money refunded.

      Our ******* ******* ******* ******* has been working diligently trying to find an alternate product as the Supplier of the faulty fan coil (******** ********) refused to warranty or even communicate with us about a replacement. After multiple attempts with ******** ******* went with another supplier and we should see the unit before the end of this week. ******* has been in contact with ***** ******* and we will be replacing the coil that is a different model and configuration at our cost to remedy the issues.
