    "Life is not fair" - CEO's quote from ***. If you want to support local, or planning to have a reliable partner - this is not the place you want to give your deposits. I placed the order for 10 000 custom tarot decks and paid $6 000 deposit as requested through the contract. The company had numerous hiccups down the road - "printer is not printing well", "the supplier from ******* did not provide materials", etc. and when we were at the 6 months **** with no deliverables - they said that they could not deliver the product as per specification. *** suggested we do low quality ((thin paper) and then shrink-wrap it so it looks good for customers.This solution did not align with my business values, I asked for the reimbursement. Not only I lost 6 months of production, but also $6000.00 CAD I personally met with CEO, ****, and in a very nice boardroom, he explained that *** could not deliver what had promised, but since they spend time and recourses of TRYING to deliver, they do not need to give the deposit back.With that said, the conversation ended with "Life is not fair" quote from CEO and no solution was reached. If you want to support local, or planning to have a reliable partner - this is not the place you want to give your deposits.
