    unfortunately i am very disappointed with them i received emails that i needed to be home at a certain ************* for a contractor to investigate my unit so i take the time off work and nobody shows up when i called and complained to took me weeks to get the lamest excuse ever they are definitely unworthy of a star would not recommend to anyone. very unprofessional, unfortunately to upload this i have to give them a star they are not worth the 1 star

    These people at bridgegate have really opened my eyes when it comes to customer service, ********************** manager R0n has been an absolute nightmare to deal with! His reply is always the same " we take direction from the board and its members and do what they say"Yes! I get it i know how to read and im not dumb, I wasn't expecting these guys to save the world, all we members were asking for is a little hint of compassion and accountability as we pay for a service! Not someone who down talks immigrants at meetings, and has vague arrogant responses for legitimate concerns. This company should have zero clientele! If thats how theyre gonna treat hard working members, owners who pay fees on a monthly basis. I have tonnes of proof and testimony and witneseses to verify and would stay away from these people if your considering hiring them.
