    On June 2 2022, I had sent a submission to Readings by Lynne for an hour long appointment asking when she had a next available. She replied on June 6 letting me know she could do August 17th at 4pm - I replied on June 8th stating that worked for me. I did not hear back from her so I resent my reply on June 9 and then June 11.

    On August 17th, I received an email from ***** stating she was going to have to cancel last minute for our appointment because something came up - However I told her I had not heard from her in two months so I was unaware we had the appointment confirmed, she did not reply.

    On January 23, 2023 I decided to give it another go as she had posted she now had online booking which I figured meant would help keep her appointments. I made a one on one appointment in her office for April 6th - this day was important to me as it would have been my recently departed fathers 59th birthday and I’m only a few weeks away from getting married. I was simply looking for some comforting words. I had the $100 fee which is required me to in full before even seeing her, this to me meant there should be no issues this time. She accepted my appointment and everything was set. Until I received another email on March 23 stating that there was a glitch with her system and she was going to have to cancel my appointment and reschedule me for some other time - nothing about a refund, a date of when or a phone call. I replied back stating this was the second time this had occurred and if it wasn’t taking place on April 6 which I had specifically chosen, then I wanted a refund. She did not reply, so I then called her that evening and she forwarded me to voicemail. I tried calling her in the afternoon of March 24th, and was again forwarded to voicemail. I sent her text messages with our email chain and that I want my refund - she has asked for my email address but I have yet to receive my refund. It should not be this difficult.

    I was willing to offer a refund but it was after working hours and and on a weekend and against my policy. I was going to do this refund but after this complaint I feel was done in malice and not appropriated. I will offer her another session time.

    I am rejecting this response because: I would never accept a third booking. The money was finally sent after two days and many unanswered emails, texts and phone calls being forwarded to voicemail. I feel taken advantage on - Thank you for ruining this experience for me.
