  As an executor, I worked with ***** and ***** for an estate residential house sale. I dealt mostly with ***** who was friendly, understanding and very helpful. ***** was always available whether I tried to reach her by phone or e-mail. She was very helpful in guiding me through the steps required for the sale of a property. After having dealt with other home buyers it was clear that ***** knew her stuff. Her 20 years of experience in the business allowed her to accurately assess the property which was in serious need of repair / upgrading. They were upfront with how they assessed the house and the renovations that would be required, and their estimations were exactly in line with what I had anticipated. They also offered the service of cleaning out / donating the contents of the house.As I had never lived in the home, I had limited knowledge of its full background and they were comfortable in purchasing the property on an as is basis. They were clear on how they arrived at their offer, and they did not use any shortcomings of the house to further reduce the amount of the offer. They placed few conditions on the sale as the offer was as is and these conditions were easily cleared.***** was up front in explaining that if we were to use a realtor to sell the home on the open market, we would likely get a higher offer but to recognize that there would likely be a greater number of conditions upon the sale of the house and potentially a longer time to make a sale of the property. She stated the service they provided was to give a quick, hassle-free, guaranteed sale and in our case, they excelled at doing so.I have no reservations in recommending them for anyone who requires a quick property sale or who has a home requiring significant renovation.
