      I contacted (name redacted) from Alberta Drywall (operating as ****** Taping Tools) on or about Dec * 2024 to purchase some Pumpjack equipment and ladders and paid for it via **** on Dec ** 2024. The shipment arrived on December **, 2024. However, * items were damaged and 2 items were missing. I emailed (name redacted) the same day to share that items were damaged and missing. I also tried to call her with no success. I unsuccessfully tried calling her several times between then and finally contacted her on Jan *, 2025. After a brief discussion I started to enquire about the possibility of a refund where she abruptly put me on hold and then a man answered (name redacted) who was completely rude and told me he "wasn't in the question answering business" and if I didn't like it "I could take him to court". Naturally, a heated argument ensued. We eventually calmed down and talked civilly where he agreed to have (name redacted) file a claim with the courier (Manatoulin transport) and assured me I would get replacement product before February ****, when I was scheduled to start a job that required the product. On Fri, Jan ******************************************************************** bad faith and were not going to honour their committment to get me replacement product by Feb **. I filed a claim with **** on or about the same day to get a refund for the damaged and missing product. I just received their response from **** where they supplied a document with my forged signature to (supposedly) show I received ALL product, accused me of lying and trying to steal from them, and refused to give any refund. Note: I can provide details of the correspondence but they are larger than 5mb.
