  We recently had the Platinum 20 Architectural Coating applied to some of our windows. There are many benefits to have this coating on these windows and therefore, chose this product. Although the information related to this product states the benefits as having elegant and natural appearance, superior optical clarity, we were very disappointed to see several spots left on the glass, esp from different angles. The technician advised he cleaned the windows 3 times and those spots represented dust particles. We were not told this could be a result after the installation. Considering the cost, we were not happy when the technician returned just to tell us there was nothing they would do to improve this outcome.

  Things started off great with ************* Cool. ******* installed some film on all our south facing windows. I even gave ******* a nice $50 cash tip on his 1st visit when he was done. However, a month later things took a turn for the worse when we had to put in a warranty call for a couple of the windows and when ******* came back to deal with it he managed to damage our screen door at the front. He admitted he did the damage and I even have it all on video. This is where things took a bad turn...even though ******* admitted to the damage (again, I have all on video), ******* and his boss **** refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused.If they would have said to me "ok yes, we damaged the door, how can we make it right?" I would worked with them to come up with a solution, but they never did. I would have even used their affiliate, Door Surgeon, to install a new screen door, but because of their bad attitude I will NEVER use Bee Cool or any of their affiliates...EVER. I asked them several times to do the right thing and they refused, blaming me, the screen door, and the installation, telling me I need to contact the manufacturer of the door. I did just that and they will not cover the damage ******* caused.I'm sure if they respond to this review they will say the screen door was faulty and it wasn't installed correctly, which would be complete BS. ******* was clumsy, not paying attention and damaged the door, its as simple as that. We've had many people come through that door and no one managed to damage it in any way, until *******.They might also say I threatened them.....if you think that saying I would go to the media is threatening then you need thicker skin.All in all, I would NOT recommend Bee Cool because if they cause any damage to your home they will never accept responsibility.Thankfully I was able to find a more professional and reputable business to help us with the screen door.If I could give Bee Cool a zero star rating I would.

  Hi **** This is a very misleading version of the truth. Our technician ******* did break the part and immediately brought the broken part to your attention = very honest and professional. He also called me from site and asked what we could do to resolve the issue. My reply was we will get it fixed. Your screen door was brand new. Screen door part was made of plastic when it should be made of metal. The part that broke was on the sill / place you step on while entering or exiting the house. Very poor design. That part was going to break eventually no matter who walked in and out of your house. We contacted the original screen door installer and the screen door manufacturer to get the part replaced. Both said that you the customer needed to contact the manufacturer to get the part ordered. As per there warranty policy they will not deal with the installer or a third party. We passed this information on to you and let you know that we would come and install it once it was received by you. Unfortunately, you would not listen or accept the facts even after sending the letter to you that came directly from the manufacturer. For some odd reason you just fought the process for absolutely no reason. This made it so we could not make the repair. Hopefully in the future you can work with the honest person that is trying to effectively resolve the issue.
