    The owner of this company is very unproffessional and does not pay for their building services. They did ask us to make their outdoor signage and install it for them. The terms for this job were 50% prior to production and 50% upon completion (Which were agreed upon). The sign was built Oct 7th 2022 and installed Oct 10th or 11th. We do all the electrical inside the sign and it is their job to hire an electrician to connect the exterior wall wire to the sign plug. Their electrician did not know what wires he/she was to be connecting to the sign. We then made a trip back to install location to offer to move the sign to the side and help guide the electrician in the right direction. The owner of French Toast had then gotten frustrated and told us to take it down and re-install it another time. As we had already done the agreed upon job but are very understandable.. We scheduled a take down to give them space for an electrician to finish or figure out the wiring. Once that was finished - we were then asked to reinstall the signage. We then required to collect payment in full for the prior completed job before moving forward with the reinstall and was told to just "keep the sign". They will not pay the balance on their order / job we made and completed for them. We did not charge them extra for the travel back and forth or the signage removal. We just wanted payment for the completed job in the first place then we would head over to reinstall. We are very disappointed in the way they feel like handling this matter. We have been in the signage business for years and years, this does not look good on their part and specifically not the relationship we expected to have with them
