    During siding install there have been a lack of fall arrest harnesses. Lack of eye protection. Lack of foot protection. Only gloves during work Property destruction. Involving hundreds of dollars on plants. Improper aggress and eggress. Loud Indian music played in residential area.Debris left for hours on end for my family to walk over. After confronting worker about cleaning the mess. They told me another hour when supervisor arrives. After telling him that since 2 to 3 pm he ripped down old siding. That at 5 my family shouldn't have to step over nails. Boards and debris did he agree and finally clean up.Supervisor rarely on site. After calling and leaving several complaints and being dodged by DJ and ****.Supervisor and manager.Did the employees stop destroying my garden. Then proceeded to destroy my one single plant in the back yard after being promised they would personally take care of it.Lackadaisical employees.

    This was not a customer with any transactional interaction with us and should be deemed purview. This issue is resolved. Work is completed and compensation has been given for replacing some flowers that may have been affected by some debris. We worked directly with the owners and board of the this area but out of goodwill, interacted with the complainant responsibly and directly. Officially this should have gone through the board and owners of the units and their opinions of the events since they were the transactional actors here. But we wished to help them move past it. It is our opinion that the complaint itself is not reflective of the situation but it is resolved either way.

    On June 6 A Clarke came to do my roof no notice not even a call we asked to be called because I have a dog and we and we wanted to complete somethings before they came.

    The total of our bill is 5078.85 We do not want to pay as they did not fix the issue we had they just shingled over everything. We told them over and over again our mud room was the biggest concern in a email we asked if they would re sheet if there was rotten wood. We know there is rotten wood because we have no fixed the inside as of yet because it leaked. The problem we have is they never re sheeted the mudroom you can see big gaps and nails right through nothing the middle of the mud room sags and over time the nails that are in nothing will leak may not happen today but probably next year when all the snow is no roof the inside of my roof remains the same as before we did it. we aren't asking for them to reshingle entire roof just fix mud room. We have sent multiples of emails requesting to meet with them. **** call me said he was looking at roof i asked if he could come back next day at 4 so we could show him our concerns, We both took time off and he never showed. I have emailed and emailed with no response. All we is our mud room issue addressed and fixed properly as discussed before job was started. **** ******. If you could please help us we don't have a lot of money to fix this again. We have been waiting for ever to fix the inside of our mudroom, but don't trust this is done correctly i can send pictures of the rotten wood on inside that should of been addressed.

    We are currently working with the customer to resolve this issue and have been for the last little while. Managers are just getting all of the information over the last few days as this was brought to our attention fully very recently (just prior to the complaint submittal on the ***). We feel confident that we'll be able to resolve this completely and simply with the customer.
