1 starThese guys are bad, I went to BBB to find good businesses and all I found was a Bad one,I booked an appointment, And shortly after got a email about the appointment. In that email they asked me to confirm the estimate appointment which i did. Then a appointment was added to my calendar. Started Great,The appointment time came and nobody showed up. I called the phone number on the BBB site and got no answer so left a message. I called every 15 minutes and still no answer, After 1 hour somebody picked up, and I assume it was the owner installer. He said he seen the appointment in his calendar at the beginning of the day then told me he does not do the roofing service that I wanted. Started to blame the admin person in his office instead of taking responsibility for his s**** up. I had to look many places to find their contact information as nothing on their website. They need to understand **************** starts at initial contact, they wasted my time.Review fromNylanth

I had an attic frost problem in January **** and ****** was able to figure out the problem as soon as he entered the attic and did a thorough inspection with a thermal camera to find hot air leakage from the house into the attic and vice versa.I had another company look into it just to compare the prices but you can tell ****** is way more professional and honest than the other well-established companies in the city. Others did not go **************** but took pictures from the hatch access and gave me an inspection report but ****** (Owner of MZ Roofing and Services) went **************** thoroughly investigated the problem and came up with a proper solution to the problem.****** answered all my questions, he is a very knowledgeable, honest and hardworking person.
