    I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. We had a SIGNED contract (accepted by both parties) to trade our used 5th wheel for a smaller Winnebago travel trailer. We paid the difference that was owed; it was legally ours (even insured in our name) but we didn't take possession of it right away because some issues that had been noted and options had not been resolved or installed. When we went to carry out the trade (the following week), they would not let us take the new RV without paying an additional $3,500! They knew were in between houses and needed the *** They claimed our old RV was missing furniture (which had been disclosed during the negotiations prior to signing the contract) and that it had water damage (dubious).Trying to solve the issue through BBB, but they are giving us poor excuses and will not recognize the contract. They even said we should have bought elsewhere (their words!). We are now considering going the legal route...

    Terrible place. I was horrible ripped off for a brand new Winnebago. I would highly advise to stay away!
